GCP Srl Benefit Company has activated the following internal reporting channels (for the management of whistleblowing reports – Legislative Decree no. 24/2023) which guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, of the persons involved and of anyone mentioned in the report, as well as of the content of the report and related documentation.

The internal reporting channel allows reports to be submitted using alternative methods as indicated below.

In writing by ordinary letter addressed to the Supervisory Body 231 at GCP Srl Benefit Company, Via Strada Muson, 2/C, 31011 Asolo (TV).
The report must be placed in two sealed envelopes: the first containing the whistleblower’s identifying information together with a copy of their identity document; the second containing the report, so as to keep the whistleblower’s identifying information separate from the report itself. Both must then be placed inside a third sealed envelope bearing the above address with the wording “”confidential””.

Reports may also be submitted verbally by telephoning the Supervisory Body 231 on the following number: 329.6724720.
It will also be possible to arrange a direct meeting with the Supervisory Body 231 at non-company premises, upon request to be made in writing or verbally in accordance with the methods indicated above.
Please note that reports from which it is not possible to ascertain the identity of the whistleblower are considered anonymous. Anonymous reports do not constitute whistleblowing reports (paragraph 2.2 ANAC Guidelines). Anonymous reports, where sufficiently detailed, will be handled by the Supervisory Body 231 as ordinary reports, where their processing is provided for.
